Does anyone know something about commanders and sereness drop rate? I went to FGW like 40 times (mostly grade 3) and I never got anything, besides phantom harp xD

Which is the minimun level to do the quests?

I think is 95 since the quest can be taken from Alexandria...but I'm not sure...anyway if you can join FGW 101-130 I'm sure your lvl is enough to take the quest good luck!

You can't buy shield D14 in shop zone.
I wouldn't bother with the quest until level 101, as you aren't going to be able to equip it until then anyways.
