How to get the 14D shield and weapon - SuperNova - 05-08-2013
Overlap with other people's posts, but it is how to obtain weapons or shield 14D .
Go to the FGW, you can destroy the magic box in the two places, when you kill the Serenesse
Because there are times when Talisman is available, and to report to the Senmute Collect all eight species it, shield or weapon of 14D is available.
By the way, this quest is the quest of one-time.
And Talisman is 8 the following species.
Broken key
Large tong
Phantom Harp
Evil's Heart
Vindictive spirit's bead
Hook hand
Commander's patch
Sereness's tears
And it is magic attack power and physical attack power of 14D weapon, but when you get, that is the performance equivalent to 13D in the state of +5 +0.
In other words, is that the weapons 14D For example, if you to +5, to become a performance equivalent to the 13D +10.

Does anyone know something about commanders and sereness drop rate? I went to FGW like 40 times (mostly grade 3) and I never got anything, besides phantom harp xD

Which is the minimun level to do the quests?

I think is 95 since the quest can be taken from Alexandria...but I'm not sure...anyway if you can join FGW 101-130 I'm sure your lvl is enough to take the quest

You can't buy shield D14 in shop zone.
I wouldn't bother with the quest until level 101, as you aren't going to be able to equip it until then anyways.
