Not sure myself, but earlier today I saw deeb said in global, something bout being bored, wanna sell his accounts (30rb) and ............ wanted gm to ban him (he said this himself).
I may be wrong tho, he could of just messin around.

We did nothing, we just ban him, it was a funny joke.
Let's do .... and after say that it was a joke, come on. Also that was not all globals from what I have in my logs.
