alright... i was banned for 7days for breaking a rule being rude insults etc.. i guess you know that already.. i've been banned at 5/9/2013 so after 12 hours 7days will pass.. may you unban my accounts now ? im looking forward to go back to the game..

im not understanding this, he was rude, acted wrong, and got TIMED ban, and now he can only get one account back? i don't understand this procedure... if he did his time, he should be back to normal and be threated as a normal player??? if u are in jail and u come out, u should not be threated like a different person ( in RL u are cuz society is fcked up ye ). My point his, it looks like he did something that deserved a permanent ban in all accounts but he didn't...

It was never perm ban, people misunderstood ban system.
When we apply it it's perm by default (because timed ban is not working like it should).
And he get 1 week ban (you can check forum post by Zamolxis), he got ban on other accounts because he logged in after he get ban on main. This was the real punishment, because if you get ban on one account I don't wish to see you coming again with another.

If he will act again rude, this time will be perm ban.

alright i understand the reason of it and i also understand the basics of the ban system, i dont agree with being banned again if comming back with other acc's UNLESS the rude behavior continues, in that case i agree, but after all u should be able to play anyway, i believe banning 1 char( in this case main char ) is already penalty enough, unless the player keeps bad behavior, but then after "timed" ban goes off, why only giving back 1 acc? i have 3 accs and i store different kind of things in each one, i imagine this may have been a significant loss for this player... As i understood it was a week ban on all accounts... so after 1 week all should be unbanned.. feel free to answer me tommorow cuz i check on trolol post that u are sleepy

EDIT: and from what i've been told, he used current accounts he has, gm said "any new created account" will result on a perm ban

That's how I like to do
You get second chance, but you get just one account, let's say I have confiscated it (let's do your parallel with jail). Trolol because used bot, he because was warned to not login any account, not only create new. I saw him in jangan when this happen he was on newbie char, later he was talking in global about himself from 3rd person
There are many reasons why people get perm,temp ban or get back just one account or other don't get back anything but are allowed to create new account when other get full ban on IP also.

Hope this will clear everything because I don't know what else you need to know xD
