No picture / no conversation (chatlog) = no proof. I would suggest you put a picture in, but there are no garanti that you will get your item back, because the staff is not responsible for scammed items.
- We ask our players to be aware for scammers, ExaySRO staff is not responsible when you get scammed.

Just as Shadow stated, you are on your own.
No screenshots of the discussion outlining your transaction, and no proof of what was exchanged. This is basically a he said - she said scenario.
Take it as a learning experience and be more careful in the future.
GM's are not responsible for restoring your lost items.
