i just created a bower yesterday and bower looks like a nuker when they cast a skill... fix this problem GM

yep mine bower got that to and 1 question do you them maybe have this to after you use a skil/buff you cant mvoe anymore ?

hahahahaha good luck with that i already have it like 2 months and it become more and more skills and GM dont know to so ye XD and mine char is 30rb so to late to delete it and make another 1
and im already long long time waiting for admin but idk what with him
