Well this system is quite boring but really usefull to get more powerfull.
I think 30 rb is enough or anyway there should be a maximum value for a certain time, which could be a fair game system in the sense that from a newcomer to a char that is already done 30RB, there is a big gap.
A fair system would let the newcomer get step by step to 30RB and then you can compare who is really powerfull to who.
Many players thats are 30RB for long, claim for 40RB right now.
Why not, but what goal have they ? be the best, the strongest, have the biggest D*** ?.. Its no end like this. When these have reached 40, then they claim 50, etc...
As for me, its a good and innovate system but must be framed as to said : max would be 30 or 40Rb forever.
