int chars are not op on the contrary the rb benefits more to str char bcuz of the high hp ammount and just unbalance the pvp for every build not only for ints but to all you should see a fight between 2 str with 30 rb and you will see that no1 will die bcuz the high hp and low dmg and the same happend to a int char vs any str build with 30 rbs with the difference that the int will die when snow ends even if the nuker is hibrid that will only make him tank some hits and maybe if he plays well can give some time to use snow again but at the end no1 will die bcuz ints dont have the dmg needed to kill a str with 160k hp and a good set
