im not understanding this, he was rude, acted wrong, and got TIMED ban, and now he can only get one account back? i don't understand this procedure... if he did his time, he should be back to normal and be threated as a normal player??? if u are in jail and u come out, u should not be threated like a different person ( in RL u are cuz society is fcked up ye ). My point his, it looks like he did something that deserved a permanent ban in all accounts but he didn't...

EDIT: don't think im being bad or something, i just want to understand the criteria of this...
