xmoshe no, I'm still working on new server and I didn't changed anything on old.
Where you have crash? Instantly after launcher close or after character select?

Instantly after the launcher disappears. Sometimes I get the little banner, sometimes I don't. From there the process just quits. But it's working again, friends had it to at around the time my other reply was posted but apparently it worked again quickly afterwards. (I don't know myself since I had to take my leave).

Maybe you had crash and sro_client.exe didn't close properly, ctrl+alt+del and check it there when you have this next time.

As far as I know if the .exe is still in the task manager you get a message that it's already executed and I didn't get that. But I'll keep it in mind if it does happen again.

Yea I know, but sometimes I had that issue while testing before server start.

Maybe you should simply reinstall the client or download the files again. I think that noone else has got this problem and as far as i know the problem could be caused by some corrupted files in your Silkroad directory.

I have received today my server so I start to prepare it for upgrade and move old server, after all this will be done new patch/client will be released and current lags should be gone for good.
With more information I will come when I'll have it.
