Server specs upgrade in June [Done] - Admin - 05-26-2013
Hello ExaySRO.
As you may noticed at peak times we have some lag spikes.
This is because of high load on database, so from next month we will have new server hardware for smooth run.
I have already ordered it and should be done in 4-5 days, after I will need few days to install it and transfer our ExaySRO there, so IP will change for sure. Auto-Updater will help you to get new IP for client, or you will have the option to download new Full client or just Media.pk2 to play again.
Until this will be done we have to deal with this little problem.
For information, if you always lag it's not from our server. When you play close all other programs and stop all downloads. Put your game graphics at low. Even if you have good graphic card it won't always help because Silkroad is an old game with old client and is not optimized for new cards (from my personal experience, so I could be wrong, but I always play at low).

Yes there is some lag...but let me to tell you that I don't care...I love this server , its one of the best if not THE BEST so no stress but we are really glad to see that you care so much about the server...about us...so special thanks for that and good luck

lags started today for me, game stopping for 3 seconds each 5seconds i play...

i dont know if is my but i dont have lag =/ i play whit low graphics and my game run very well =) and yes is try i agree whit sun best server ever xD Goodjob and keep the good work =)

Server will not be shutdown for few days, just few hours to restore database and copy all server files

Right now the launcher works for me, but the actual clients just crashes or gives me an error message. Are you guys moving the files right now? Or is there a different reason, I don't remember seeing a Notice ingame either.
