This guys challanged me for a race i refused and he called me a "luser" basicly he meant "loser" i know its not such an supermega bad word but hey the principle takes action here right =)

Just to let you know, reporting a person for some pm's wont give the person a ban PM's can get blocked ingame under options.
If you wanna report the person, he should had wrote in "All chat" or Global.

Add him to ignore and move on.
Loser isn't really enough to do anything to anyone.

Just ignore him, you are Not a luser if you cancel the race. ..
But he will not get a bann for that. This is a warning.
