gm i have 2h sword and bow d14 its all +5 and have immo 1 each full steady and lucky buff .. when i plus it to +6 it failed and broken Destroyed.. man its my only treasure .. pls make do move on this .. pls gm EM pls u need to fix it and pls get back my items i know you guys have record on each of that im also a programmer pls.. i wanted to play more years on your server but pls fix it and back my items tuesday july 15, 2014 time of that broken GMT +8 10:11Pm pls gm

Write a PN to Navmesh i think its would be better and he can check it faster.

I can tell you for a fact that there's never been an immortal enhanced item get destroyed in well over 10 years of my gaming experience with Silkroad.
I'm sure you forgot to put on Immortal.

U cant be sure because u dont know how the system works, and i have read enough theards and Globals who players talk about this problem. This happen not only to McJeaN. 2 Players from my old guild had the same problem.
