You can block the person.
Pms can be blocked ingame under your option (Hit U on your keyboard. Pms like that with a edit of the picture wont take any actions. Post the full conversation without any edit. repost the full picture inclueding with your character.

And still, pms can be blocked.If it was in all chat, the report could give the person a warning. And I still dont understand what you are reporting?
Why is he threating you to get a ban? bot? or have you said something to the person? Still it would had been even better if you had clicked the chat full open. But thats to late to do so.

As I see it, it isn't a threat, but a warning. You must have done something to the person or written to the person that has made him angry.
And yet, PM's can still get blocked. < read it again. Navmesh will say the same thing. I've wrote this a few times now.
also AC_130_i_ is saying " Ya te Dieron el MD" = I already got the MD
Thats not a threat.

All in all, you need to learn to use your ignore functions in chat for the game.
The fastest path to the solution here lies within you blocking the person, and just walking away from it.
I'm sure there's a lot more to this conversation that the one screen shot isn't showing.
