How do I make my weapon or others stuff +8 or +10 without failing at +4? because I see allot of people with +8/10..

you can make it easily by Luck stones and Luck buff and Avatar Luck and Good spot ^^

You need a spot where are no ppl, it gives me more luck when nobody's watching

no it wont help...i successed on +20 in downhoung... there was arrount 20 ppl on spawn there and some near storeage..._IN GAME ARE NO LUCKY SPOTS its all about ur luck. Just try it
