That's bad for them but that's how it is... Random spawn is the best thing for this kind of unique mobs, the experience you got with a kill its a lot. So imagine that you tell people the time it will spawn, everyone will go and no1 would get nice exp from it.
I think this doesn't have to be changed at all.
