D13 its easy to meak +10 without adv but d14 its hard meak plusing

Look at last line that is Lucky Powder for D14. Alchemy is not bugged to be fixed how many times I should repeat this? Only d14 is hard to enchant and guess why? Because is damn last set in this game. What you expect to get everything now and for free? Get lost and change server now.

Let the Alchemy like this . For this we got the Alchemy buff !! i did +16(ADV+4) D14 3 times in a row !!! Just Failed +17 all time It's Easy ! And still u just need a bit Luck ! Don't Cry Guys , it isnt Bugged it is just good here )
