I'm having the same problem:
Failed to connect to server.(C7) I was in game, restarted to get on my other char and couldn't get in anymore

Umm C7 Error came up and as I understand a server restard is the only way to fix it, GM's, could we have a reboot please ?

people relax... navemsh is sleeping now ..u'll have to wait till he wakes up and he'll restart server and fix C7 error.. go have a real life meanwhile =D
