This will be fixed if only skill have wrong value at the moment, like some time ago with % - this post https://forum.exaysro.com/showthread.php?tid=2729
Otherwise I don't think something will/could be done.
Tell me skills if there are any and I will check % in client and will ask Nav to check on database too.
