The only way more reborn would help, is if there were uniques that were commonly spawned in a new zone, which would take thousands of hours of programming.
I love the ideas for the events.
But much more details are needed.

Event requires GM (Yes/No)
Event Rewards
Event Rewards provided by GM (Yes/No)
Event Language is performed in (English is preferred, we also have spanish and german players)
Event area location (What zone is the event held in)
Event posting of who won rewards, and rewards list. (Keeps it fair, announced, and exciting for who wins cool stuff!)
