Otherwise here is another advice - boot your harddrive, reinstall your OS, update windows, update your graphiccard, update netframework to 4.5, redownload exaysro client, disable your anti virus / firewall, run client as admin. Oh btw, it does also helps to make a research on google what could cause thoese problems.
