I just come and banned some from global and write the notice.
I didn't hosted event and I didn't allow GM to give JC coins as reward so he didn't.
Next, someone killed 5 uniques when you all was asked to play fair. Why would we do this if players don't? Rules of event may change on the fly, sry but this could happen.
