hmm i dont play in there already but something that i remember was a really huge problem on events was that even if they're low lvl uniques the 'old' players always want more and more kills. So adding a low lvl unique hunt would be a lil bit tricky.
For the event idea part what i would say is:
(first improve a idea that was already said)
1- unique event for low-reborned/lvl chars:
You make the partys and arrange a place to meet and spawn them this way no other big gun of the server will know the spot so the uniques will be for them.
2- pvp events
team pvp (it'll work to develope some cool skills
it's aways cool to know some party combos, + people will get the chance to know each other creating a better comunity)
Solo pvp normal rules (u can edit them whatever :3 )
well that's pretty much it.
