The picture kinda says it all. As I asked you in the chatbox, have you given out your personal account information to another person?
Because when it says "The user is already connected" it kinda gives the thought that there are someone else on your character. Try pm one of the GM's and give them your charactername and even your e-mail, so they can confirm that you are the owner of the character / account.
