Cant play*Under Inspection or Update" error. Please help me GM

Hey GM when I try to start game appear next error : "The server is undergoing inspection or update. Connect to http://ExaySRO.com for more information " . I donwload the new client and same... i am not banned or anything else....Please Help me !!!
