    Hey guys, I just wonder whether the whites and blues (the stats of weaps / prots/ accs / shield) affect the chance of +ing a weapon. For example: If I have a full blue and all stats 80% on a weapon with +0, will it be harder for me to + 9 or +10? Or is it the same?
