Go in a party, grind on mobs that are barely green for you and they should drop like mad. That's how it worked on iSRO and I assume that's how it will work here. If it doesn't work at 130 then I suggest you rb and get to ~110, then go on alexandria mobs or something. If you're max rb then that is obviously no viable option..
