Unless you have some sort of proof it got destroyed with an immo on it I highly doubt they can and will do anything. In all honestly you probably forgot to actually put it on your bow, or maybe added a steady or lucky and thought it was an immo. I'm sorry you lost your bow, but I have never seen an item get destroyed that actually had immo on it.
