não podes 'comprar' reborn, os reborns são free e podes fazer reborns sempre que chegas a lvl130, ao chegares a 130 fazes reborn e voltas a LVL1.
O que acontece é que começas com 10 pontos extra nos stats que podes usar em STR/INT, de momento o cap de reborns do server é de 90 o que significa que podes vir a ter 900 pontos extra
permitindo que a tua personagem chegue a coisas como 200k hp ou mp consoante que build escolheres fazer no server.
