All depends by what kind of build you want to create - PVE or PVP. If You want PVE - using Hybrid / Fire/Lighing is better choise. You will have best damage rate for this build. Also in Garment you will get additional speed. In any case only 1 type of uniques making normal damage on players - Rocs.
But if you want to be good in PVP, In this case, the right choice of build will be more difficult. At 1st - Garment set will be bad choise, cause most players on server who active in pvp are Hybrids or Str players. So, you will have extended physical damage on you. 2nd) - Force based builds and Warlock. Without Cure therapy (China Force mastery's skill) will be too hard to attack players, if they will debuff you. You will too oftten stay with Fear and Stun. 3rd) Pure STR or Hybrid. If you will use Pure str,u will have better Crit rate than Hybrid build, but not so good DMG. But As hybrid Build u need to use at least 60lvl Cold mastery to have normal Snow Shield. Cause u will have lower HP and Lower Phys Defense.
So, there are no any "Ideal" build. Everyone makes his choice himself on the basis of their skills, abilities and experience.
