Reborning, deleting skills and mastery reset require more tables edit/update/delete and I don't know the impact of this action on server load.
Maybe if I will find a good way to do all this we will have skill+mastery reset, but we will not have something like you keep skills and get only mastery reset, this is not a good idea since you can get all skills in one char... so what's next ? xD
