Jokerul, its not hard to understand my point of view in this.
If you get easly irritated, provocated, pissed over some words from a player, then stop gaming online games, and your problem is solved.
This is a online game and as I see it, you are having a very hard time ignoring players that irritate, provocate, pisses you off. A ban doesn't solve the problem. The problem should be solved by ignoring each other and try to have fun ingame.

I'm not on yours or the other players side on this matter. I give you a simple advice how to solve this problem.
