Maybe the free vote system could change abit (vote 50 silk per 12 hours).
I know that in the event time, navmesh changes the free vote, but I must be one of the few that gave up voting 12 hours each time to just get 20 silk, and I never use money on the net. It takes atleast 10 days to get 400 silk by voting (if you do it every 12 hour) . A little silk change could get some new players to stay.
