ah okay, i got your point, and i do agree with most of what you've said 
understandable to join a guild who already has a fortress for a fresh d14 equiped guy, but at the time i started there were about 10 strong guilds...
hotan fortress got attacked by 2 or more guilds and it was so much fun, i just want these times back you know
btw - again - i joined puder's guild because hes a very good friend of mine and i know him since i started on exay. we played together for so long and most of the time in the same guild so.... didnt want to offended you in that case. (my english struggles too bit i hope you can understand it

im hoping we can find these "steps" in this thread to make the server popular. IMO its a VERY frriendly server with awesome gm's which do their best to entertain and help everyone. There are lots of other private servers which are so bad, non active gm, no updates, no events and so on...
so can we focus on solutions? or suggestions? anything - even its just a little thing - we may can give the suggestion to navmesh and he will decide if its an option or not
