Dude, i started this thread for opinions to make the Server more attracrive for new Players, not for you to tell me things i know.
so you would like to have a server which ppl who did the hard way only? then i have to tell you exay will be full of inactive accounts!
i saw a lot players quitting exay because it is to boring... when you have 40 rb's theres not much more to achieve. maybe a high + weapon/set but thats it right? (maybe to do a hell amount of money and raise the prices until noone can afford anything anymore)
if you want a successful server with a lot of players you have to change things, even if 5% of "old" players dont like it! it dont have to be major things, but step by step...
there may is a solution which fits for everyone, thats all about i want to talk in this thread.
(i did the hard way too, and it was very hard especially when you are not experienced in mbot and play 22 rb's wirhout it)
and btw, which of my sentences makes you feel im a newbie? its my opinion
you dont have to share it tho...
give us a better opportunity to find/motivate new players to join the server and stay here!
without real money (silk) you either have d13 for 1 year or you are the luckiest guy ever in fgw and alchemy!

I understand people who think its unfair to change things like this, i totally do, but do you really want a server with low activity just that things are fair for everyone?
btw ftw is so much fun to see noone attacking your fortress, gives you the feeling you are sooooooo pro and you achieved something with your 40 rb (NOT)
only strong people should do reborn?
LOL, just bot 2 days -> reborn and you are stronger then before. (But still without any money or items)
