It doesnt matter if you have 1500 silk or used money on your account. You got banned for trying to sell your account.
You should know in the very start before entering the game, that selling / buying accounts for real money is not allowed here. You can also see that the forum doesnt have a sell / buy account thread.

You will not get your silk back.
If you broke the rules, especially with trying to sell your account, that's your own fault.
