Gm i have one proble from iesterday i cant log on to my account the game told me ,, i loged in the game i try after 5 min ,, im not in the game i enter with other acount and im offline can you do somthing or i get banned or thhings like that . TKS maybe you help me to log on my account

The picture kinda says it all. As I asked you in the chatbox, have you given out your personal account information to another person?
Because when it says "The user is already connected" it kinda gives the thought that there are someone else on your character. Try pm one of the GM's and give them your charactername and even your e-mail, so they can confirm that you are the owner of the character / account.

When this is your Account than u can change the PW and u will have no problems.

i try to change the pasword but the server tell me that username or email adress not exist in theyr data records and then i tri log in on the site and is working i dont hav problems on log in the site :@:@:@:@:@:@:@:@:@:@

Pm the gm and write your charactername and e-mail so they can confirm its your chacacter!! It isnt exays fault that you cant enter the game. I ask yet again, HAVE YOU GIVEN OUT YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO ANOTHER PERSON??
