It's not just Jangan, i got these Disconnects at random places.
(Today in Donwhang arround 5 times in a row, few times in Jangan and also like 10 times in Baghdad Mangyang area)
I never had these amount of Dc's befor.

Set your Graphics option to LOW and you will be fine.

that doesnt help setting it to low... atleast not to me ! i cant access any char now all in jangan and dc as soon as i log in... pls help!

Try this:
Create a new char. You should be able to log on that one. When you're in, go to settings and disable Dynamic animation. Then exit the game so that the settings will be saved and try your other character. This worked for me. My game crashed a lot, and not only in towns.
