Dear Adm, I suggest humbly nominate 2 or 3 new GM in the server to collaborate when you are not, I guess I probably do not have available work and time they would like to devote 100% to the game.
They can generate some kind of contest or vote to select someone to meet you validate the function and give the server a little more fun because it turned pretty boring lately in my opinion.
I note that the server is excellent conceptually beyond some imbalances that still needs to be corrected, I lack time just like you and understand your situation.
I estimate that your idea is that the server active and people continue to have fun, gaining new players, we need change, as well as new people arrive much left to play, would be good to be more income than expenses.
