First:why u should chose S/S full int nuker???-becouse s/s is a really good type to fight,couse u can do dmg and rezist to that's the shiled job!!
Two:what type of armor should i chose?? Hmm there's a problem:I think u need 2x sets for s/s full int nuker couse:garment is ff for plvl and armor is ff for pvp,that's my opinion...If u think it's wrong it's your opinion

Three:What's the best build for s/s nuker?? In my opinion is light/cold and bicheon !! Couse the light mastery is meant to be for nuker couse the Pheonix-Piercing Force gave u at lvl 130 28% magic dmg increase and for full rezist u need cold,the final guard of ice gave u at lvl 130 455 phy. def. pwr.
Four:How to play (quick guide)
Nukers aren't hard at all to play for PvE, they are probably the easiest to level in my opinion. But they aren't the easiest in PvP. I'm not saying they are hard to play, but I'm not saying they are easy.
PvE:
PvE as I said earlier, is simple. The main skills you should be using are the Lightning series, and Lion Shouts. If you are leveling on mobs that you can't two hit using those two skills. Use Cold wave series (cus of range/slowness) then the Lightning series. Try and level on mobs your level, unless your SP farming, farm on mobs a couple levels lower than you (that you can one hit or 2 hit with lion shouts)
PvP:
In PvP, try to use the knock down skills as much as possible. It should be your most used skill. For nukes, don't use them very often. Use them every once in awhile after a knockdown skill.
Here is a good combo:
Knockdown -> Stabs -> Combo -> Lightning nuke.
Here are the buffs you should always keep on:
Iron Castle Shield
Snow Shield Series
Frost Wall Series (for physical attacks)
Piercing Force Series
Wind Walk Series (Use ghost walk in emergencies, then nuke)
Concentration Series
