As Server started you need alot TIme to get 10b to pay a VIP Prem (400 Silk). The only way was Exay Lotteries and Gold Drop.
Now you need max 4 Days to get 25b+ to buy a VIP Prem, or?! But now all Players got the chance to sell their Daily Quest Items (JC and LC) to NPC + Exay's + Gold Drop!
And seems like no1 here selling Equipment Drops to NPC, you don't know how much you can get or? And i think every new Player pick up this Stuff to sell it.
All in all like others before said, it's normal.

I totally agree with Photo.... all the things are happening on Exay is called "EVOLUTION" :idea:
