Oh and the fire shield don't seem to work I still get frozen by a low level spider

No that is not a guild name... it's a title, normally you get that after you finish some quests but this is a private server so you have it at start... this title gives you blue zerk , you can change it in newbie town at "titles npc" just check it and you will see many other titles as you lvl up!This title is like a grade in army
