In these last months I have seen that the server lost people and those that remain are always offline. so I wanted to tell you by this means that it would be good to incorporate new functions or events. in my case it is rare to see a gm connected to the server.

1) add 10 rebirths
2) raise alchemy since it is very difficult
3) more events for new players
4) add a system of drop of jc by means of unique since the mission of ong gives very few jc

THESE WILL BE AN IDEAS I HAVE MUCH MORE BUT ALL IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU WANTED AS SERVER ADMINISTRATORS

ong quest is still good for newcomers, just because it isnt for the older and richer people dont be greedy, you have more income then the ong quest ( thats just a excuse to more boting by more powerfull players).

There are fun quests to do if you feel so bored.
Start being more active in Job instead of leaving your bot on walkscript trading, and for this reason WE ALL could request maybe some development on the uniques in Job cave to make it more worth while fighting for them.

more reborns would mean a bgger quitters from the new players, they already bothered by the price of dg14 set and the almost 500b gold they need to get the 40 rb you want to add more 10 reborns? that would mean what?, around 1700b from 35-50 reborn newbies already getting discouraged just to get a dg14 weapon what you trying to achieve? Again that is only a good idea for older players.

Dont take me wrong your initiative is good and I salute you for that, but think more of the newcomers instead of just the old and powerfull players like you.

Find other ways around that business that will be profitable by both newplayers and oldplayers

i think rebirth 1 to 45 is free and 46 to 50 pay. besides I'm not a powerful player so take this initiative.
also as you said the new player is bored or discouraged because it is difficult to be a powerful player

ong quest and kokoru quest its 2 quests, and do trades for daily gold, or you need the money income to be by boting so much?

nah i think the reborns are great right now, you probably don't think but if Nav raises reborns the + of weapons will need to be raised as well because with the more health you have the more damage you will need to kill those players, and again for a new player to ge t that kind of + on dg14 .... i think 40 reborns are great right now, give it some more time before nav raises the reborns again just like he did last time

As far as I know, Exaysro give you many thing than other Pservers.

I played Europe-sro which used to be on top of many Private Server Rating site (xtremtop100, topArena,...) but they actually give you not much (including Silk). And that server has been dead.
Nero-sro, the one give you the abilities to upgrade your items with Console Command (100% success rate), Reborn system (3000 stats points at the last reborn). But the server is dead too.

Most of server has high Ping (>400ms). Exaysro is only 150~200ms to me.
