I lost all my JC Coins (about 20) and my avatar dress, D14 Weapon (+4adv use) and my full set

You're responsible for your account and who you give your password and bots your are using.
You can't get hacked, you just get scammed and this is your fault.
I need more information to check, date/hour when happen.

Well technically it is possible to get legitimately hacked admin =p But the chance is slim, very slim.

xmoshe yes but tell me who will spend time to hack players accounts? Isn't better to hack directly staff accounts? Also how could someone know his user name if he don't share it =)

Simple things, charname same as account name, forum name same as account name, giving out personal info ingame on purpose or by accident. If someone knows a strong char ingame they can get some basic info out of them and work from there. But you are right, if you do it from scratch you might as well go for a staff account
