If I understand him well, players joining in his academy and log off before graduate, that way they stuck in his academy and if he ban 'em will lose points or cannot join member/s within 24hours. But still dunno if this is enough for report, for simply reason most put academy on auto-accept (bot) if u were accept it yourself u would prevent such "unknown" chars, right? ^.^
P.S. I've checked his chars, it's a new player cuz having only 3 chars all made 7th May!
