You need just tones of stones I, f.e. used 10k crit stones, and could not get 100%

Well, i think daggers on eu reach 25 crit on weap at 100%. A glaive should have 17 crit at 100%, but the critical skills have help a lot. Ofc, you cant improve that, but this could help you in chosing a steady build.
If you.re wondering whats the difference between 0% and 100% , it give almost the power of +2+ on ur weapon atack power(mag/phy) without risking the actual + of the weapon
