I just wan't to know why there aren't spawning that many uniques anymore!

Yeah spawn these uniques more!

Because they give too much exp.
If you go and make reborn, you are level 101, you go and kill Khulood/Zielkiaxe -> 130
Navmesh already said, that they spawn every 7-8 hours.
I think it s because the high exp rate.
