i had 982 exay coin on my inventory and i try to buy some globals from event npc at shop area, then i press ctrl+click and my client crash, so when i relog in game i see on my inventory 5 pack of 11 globals(the most you can buy) but my exay coin descend to 482, consuming 500 exay coin per 5 pack of globals (10 exay coin per pack). My question is ¿i can recover the exay coin loss? or Maybe any Gm can verify my acc? And most important, please fix that, would sad if happens another too.

Also, you can't control click to mass-buy globals with your coins.
You will have to set the quantity and then buy.

Wonder why you transferred all your Globals to another account and put them on storage, also time you did this was not just within few seconds, you keep buying Globals for minutes, wrong bot set? lol

i had same problem some weeks ago i bought skill edit from event npc i press ctrl then i had a lot( more than 1700) i dont remember how many but after to buy i get dc and when i entered then my exay were gone i keep with around 120
