Any advice on how to clear my PK levels? I kinda pk'ed some people who took over my spot.

you need to let other players kill you to reduce your PK points,
word of advice, try to keep important items/weapons in storage for that matter, when you die in PK status your items can and will drop on the ground so beware of that

oh
thats a different story, this is what you have to do
take auto hp potions off, and wait for the pk automatic damage to kick in, you will die inside newbie town, but when you ressurect from there you will go to your recall point (most probably jangan) in there its easy peasy asking players to kill you
