agree with IDontKnow, Block this user and when he write it in global or in Regular Chat u can report him.

So blood u see that he know the rules, Arc told u that u can`t ban him because is a private message and it`s true.. in a private message u can say anything, block him and that`s it .. i thought that silkroad players know the rules .. lol
